Farm Mineral Dosing Kit

For reliable and precise non flow-proportional injecting of farm related nutrients and minerals directly into stock trough water – at pressures up to 10 bar - the 43South Farm Mineral Dosing Kit comprises all the basics required for installation within a typical dairy shed/dairy farm environment.

Kit Description:

• Quality 230VAC motor-driven diaphragm metering pump 42L/hr nominal capacity at > 10 bar back-pressure, impervious to dosed product
• Manually adjustable stroke-length adjustment to fine tune the dose rate to suit
  individual application requirements. Accurate turn-down to within 25% of nominal capacity
• Large surface area suction screen and big bore uPVC foot-valve
• Large DN10 injection non-return valve with Hastelloy C276 spring and ½” BSPm
  mounting thread
• 6m spool of d.16 flexible reinforced PVC dose tubing, for suction AND discharge
• Accessories and Spare parts readily available (see Technical Data Sheet)
• 12 months Factory Warranty against faulty components and/or manufacture. Does not cover installation
